Do you accept refund or exchanges?

Unfortunately due to the current situation and health and hygiene purposes we are unable to do refund or exchanges. I would recommend you to carefully check the products before purchasing it. If you wish to see more pictures of the items then do not hesitate to contact me via email or Instagram.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 days of purchase. It may take 5-8 business days for you to receive your order. Custom orders will take longer depending on the number of orders I receive, generally 2-3 weeks after purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately currently we are not shipping worldwide and only do UK shipping at the moment. However our goal is to ship worldwide in the future, inshallah.
